This morning, I attempted to redo yesterday's workout. I set the time for 1 hour and 25 minutes because a runner is supposed to wait at least 48 hours after a hard workout. I did 2.5 miles yesterday, but because of the amount of people on the track and lack of focus I didn't complete my 13.1 miles and aborted the workout. Today, after 45 minutes in the house doing aerobics, I attempted again the second part of my double workout for the 13.1 miles. My GPS stopped at 12.3 miles!!!!! It was at 1 hour, 14 minutes, 57 seconds. I'll take it, better luck next time!! I feel I could have ran the last part and came in at 1:19:50 seconds. Train hard and race easy!
