Whatever your goals, Genesis Sub 2 can help you to achieve them. Genesis Sub 2 has programs with the ability to progress beginning runners from easy walking to jogging. In addition to being a great way to learn the sport and jog a mile or two, it is also a great way to lose weight. We also offer programs for people who run competitively on the high school, college, or master's level. No matter what your age, we can help you meet your goals! Genesis Sub 2 also specializes in preparing runners to complete half and full marathons. If it is your dream to successfully complete a half or full---we will help get you there! Training programs are available both personally and on-line.
WALK/JOG TRAINING PROGRAM
$40 a month. Package includes:

5K JOGGING PROGRAM

75 minute individual session (once weekly) and 45 minute individual session (once weekly) with Coach Carnegie
HALF MARATHON TRAINING
$140 for complete 3-month training program. Package includes:

MARATHON TRAINING
